You retain ownership of the URLs you submit and any data associated with them. By using the Service, you grant TheLinkly a limited license to store, process, and serve that data for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep TheLinkly running reliably, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. On termination, your short links may stop resolving.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be free from errors, viruses, or interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheLinkly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
